In 2010, amendments to the Massachusetts Bathing Beaches Code 105 CMR 445.000 were passed. These amendments update requirements for the operation of public and semi-public bathing beaches. Please visit the Web site of the Office of Health and Human Services to view the current requirement for all bathing beaches to be tested weekly during the summer bathing season.
